This on-line only business is a scam which has nothing to do with Cape Town and where they have never have had a store - they try and portray legitimacy through linking themselves to Cape Town with a banner "New Store Opening Soon" - it is all a scam to try and give themselves legitimacy. I stupidly ordered a pair of shoes from a Facebook advert - the shoes finally did arrive as a cheap imitation, but even worse, they sent the wrong size and there is zero response from their customer support to rectify this error on their side despite numerous attempts
