Ordered this dress. It fit poorly and the fabric was poor quality. Requested return instructions and was told I would get $6. When I pressed, their " final offer" was $21. Dress not worn, original packaging and receipt. I will not use this company again. Very difficult to deal with. They still have not told me where to return the item.

I'm not even going to try it on. Took 4 weeks to get here, not 1-2. And surrise surprise it didn't cone from South Carolina Ike they said. It came from China. FRAUDS and liars

I purchase 2 swimsuits for $80 from Capatee. Thin fabric, barely any boob support and both suits ran way too small. No address available for a return on their website. Finally found an email address and they offered me $15 compensation and the next day $25. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal so I filed a dispute.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I wish I had read the reviews 1st. I spent $104 on 3 swimsuits. The quality is terrible & they don't fit. They've offered me a $30 refund. Really? What about return refund isn't being understood. NEVER AGAIN

I purchased two dresses recently from Capatee. The dresses arrived and look nothing like they do on the website. Dresses are so shear that they are see through. Workmanship is significantly lacking, both dresses hems are already coming undone (out of the box), loose strings everywhere.
Emailed customer service for a refund and they offered me $16 in compensation.

Ordered two tops a dress and jumper. Waited 6 weeks for delivery and paid around £150. When they arrived I couldn't believe what I received. Totally different materials than the pictures showed. The material was stretchy nylon instead of being inflated with other materials. The sizing was definitely way out. Usually take a large but I ordered XXL after checking there size chart and none fit me as they should. Very small sizes. Wasn't happy for the money paid. Contacted them for a refund and they offered me $35 which is disgusting as I paid £150. I replied saying I wasn't happy so offered me $65 to keep me happy, told them I didn't want the clothes as was told keep the $65 and give the clothes to Goodwill, I replied again abou the amount I paid and said if I insisted in returning them it was at my own cost and would take weeks for my money to be returned so I'd be better keeping them and having a part refund. The total cost of the clothes would be no more than £40-£50.
Don't use this company, keep away. Terrible Quality and to expensive for what you receive. There Ethos is Bullsh—. The website leads you to believe you are getting lovely affordable items instead you get crappy cheap looking Nylon stretchy clothes. Never Again will I order from this company. Beware they use around 6 different names for the one company

Pictures are totally deceiving. I ordered three tops on November 9 received my shipment on December 5.
One of the tops was a Christmas design looked absolutely beautiful in the picture when I open the package I couldn't believe this Christmas top was 100% polyester and the design looked like it was a ironed on a decal. I am Canadian and I paid $39 US for this top that is not worth more than C$15. I also paid $39 US each for the other two tops I ordered again quality is substandard will never buy again from this site.

WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are not truthful in their advertising. The shirt I received is not t-shirt material. It's 100% polyester. Also, the sizing is not standard. I always wear a Medium. Mine fits perfectly through the bust. But can't button it below that. The bust is medium size but below that is like XXS. When I asked for a refund, they offered $15. When I complained through PayPal, they offered a full refund if I sent the shirt back - TO CHINA! - at a cost of $40. What about their advertised "Free Return Within 30 days"? I don't understand - they say their products are made in South Carolina, U.S., and the shirt I received was mailed from Newark, NJ - but they want me to return their defective item to China. STAY AWAY. Also, they do business through about 6 different company names. One of the other names is Isoru.
