You guys usually do really good, but not this time. Picture came out really dark.

It was great I had lost the email with my offer. Customer service got right back to me and fixed the problem.

I usually get the option to clear the picture to make it look better but i didn't this time!
When it arrived it didn't look good as my original photo!
I tried using your service again and this time it was edited better but you wanted to change me $30 more for the same size.
Really disappointed and i had to go with somebody who was cheaper.

We received two canvas from Canva People which had one person's face cut off one and one person was cut off the other, we emailed and called, we spoke with a supervisor named Kim who made matters completely worse. They had the audacity to tell us that they don't check the images, they only check the images if you pay to have them checked! They're not professional enough to examine the quality of their work which was horrible. They didn't try to rectify it by reprinting it correctly or refunding so we're sharing our very unpleasant experience with Can. My mom is disabled and was stressing out about this so I'm letting this be made known. We're bringing awareness so no one else would experience such unprofessionalism!

We lost her last month, she was everything to us; though the first canvas wasn't quite right, we ordered another and it's cropped different but acceptable :/ thank you.

My mom's dog passed away so I had her favorite picture printed on a canvas. It was perfect, clear and so real.

I sized my family reunion picture wrong. The canvas I received had three people missing. I contacted customer service and they walked me through the editing process, printed another canvas, and only charged me a shipping cost.

I have used Canvas People for years. The quality is always amazing! Even prints that I think won't look good always manage to look amazing. These are gifts you can't go wrong with.
