I was just hoping for a clear quality of this photo and I had the photo printed online it came out gorgeous so I feel like maybe you could have a program to help decipher whether it's photos will come out clear on your product

They replied promptly and were courteous, after discussing the issues, it was agreed that I could order a new photo of the same size for no charge. I paid extra to get it sooner and did not get it. Plus I paid extra to get it touched up and they did nothing to it. It was blurry.
