The wall art is beautiful, but as I mentioned above, it's just a little darker than expected and darker than the original photo. The only other thing keeping me from giving you a 5 is that sometimes when I get an offer from you, I can choose the width of the canvas, and other times I can't. Sometimes I can choose to make the sides part of the photo, and other times I am only given a black or white choice. Sometimes I can choose to have a protective coating put on it, and other times that option is unavailable. And sometimes I can choose the type of hanger I want on the back, and other times I that option is not there. I'm not sure why there isn't a standard set of order choices, but I get all the way to the end before I discover that these choices are unavailable, so I just leave the site. I'm hoping that next time I try, the options will appear again. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

Exactly what I wanted and received it in a timely manner

We love our canvas and it was a great price too. Quality is really good compared to the price. We dropped the canvas too and it was undamaged/withheld the fall! My only issue was I clicked on a link for a free canvas, just pay shipping and when I went through the checkout process it was applying a different deal, 75% off and discounted shipping. I had to close out of the browser, click the link again, and start all over. Then the deal discounted correctly. I'm glad I caught that otherwise I would have paid almost double for the canvas.
