Ordered a canvas and I never received it due to my mail carrier losing it/ delivering it elsewhere and it was never located. I contacted CanvasPeople and they shipped out a replacement canvas free of charge. I am so grateful for this company - they went above and beyond when they could have said sorry about your luck, this isn't our problem!
I'll never use them again if they don't make this right. Nobody said if I order this print it will be blurry so I could pick a different photo

My brother lost his battle against cancer. It has devastated us... especially my elderly parents. Sadly, my brother's wife refuses to share any photo albums my mom compiled of him as a baby or us as a family. Since then, I've been printing out any photos that bring them joy. The free canvas offered by CanvasPeople has helped put some joy back in their house - on their walls for everybody to see. I hope I can continue to receive offers like this so I can fill their walls with precious memories.
Easy to do ordering. Have not received item ordered so can't review it. S&H seamed a little high but seeing how photo did not cost I guess I'm paying for some of it in the s&h.

In the details of our promotional emails, it is stated that shipping is not included, and each item has an individual shipping charge. Our standard shipping costs start at $14.95-24.95 per canvas depending on the size of the canvas. Our canvases are individually wrapped and shipped to ensure they are not damaged while in transit.
We do offer many different promotions, some discounting the shipping cost, some discounting the canvas cost, and sometimes both. We do hope that there will be an offer that works for you in the future and you will give us a try.
