I got an email for a sale including a free 16x20 canvas, thinking "This is too good to be true." I got the canvas and only paid shipping costs. It turned out wonderfully! I will definitely be a returning customer!

The picture did not cover the whole canvas. There is a strip of white running down the left side as you look at it. I would have preferred that the photograph cover the whole front side of the canvas!

I never received the canvas that I order. After communicating daily that I didn't not receive it. I was told sorry they would remain one but could not guarantee that it would arrive since it never did the 1st time. This was only after about 2 weeks of attempting to communicate with them. I told them that I no longer wanted the product especially if they couldn't guarentee it would make it to me. I requested a refund that I am currently waiting for. Communication and customer service is very poor.
