You need to give consumers more of an idea of what the photo will look like. Not everyone knows what you mean when you advise against a photo and how to pick a correct one. This is the second time this has happened to me. I don't think I will try again.

The Christmas ornaments I ordered came out blurry and when I called customer service they were very eager to replace them to my satisfaction. My agent, Bonnie, emailed me several times to make sure everything was perfect. I asked to have them rushed for Christmas and they arrived today…Christmas Eve!
