Ordered last year in November and I had to contact company in late December due to never received package even though shipping info showed it was on the way. Same experience this year. Strange that after contacting company package was received in 3 days.

Didn't know what the options I was paying for was really did. The options I chose didn't seem to make much of a difference at all.
