When I had an issue they worked to resolve it in a timely manner.

I ordered 2,16 X 20 canvases. They were advertised as being FREE. I was to only pay postage. Both canvases were delivered in the same box, and I was charged over $100.00! I requested no expedited delivery and it took about 2 weeks to arrive, which I expected. I KNOW it cost less than $100.00 to ship that package.
The canvases I had done were nice, as I expected.

My canvas was delivered even quicker than it was promised at the time of purchase.

Totally unhappy with the product that I received. It is not centered at all I cannot use it in my wedding totally unhappy!

My purchase was great but wish shipping and handling was not so high.

I got my canvas during a great sale! I've ordered from this company before without the great sales so I knew their quality was top notch.

All good, except I think the advertised $1.99 shipping was what hooked me. Then because my selection was larger, the shipping moved up to $14.99! Way too much of a jump in price. This should have been advertised up front.

It was Great. Just pick your size you want then pick you picture. Picking the picture you want is the hard part. After that just follow the steps. It not hard.

So grateful for this opportunity; I wanted my picture cropped; it was done beautifully. SOOOO happy with this.
