Easy to place an order. I've learned that I can upload very high quality files as long as they are jpegs rather than RAW. Communication is really good and delivery is fairly quick.
I'm learning more about the company and the process, This time I'm trying a higher resolution jpg file. My earlier rejected file may have simply been in the wrong format.
Very easy to upload and crop, my image. Ordering was a breeze.
Too early to tell. So far, so good. Process was fairly easy. My mistake was not reading specs on file size limits. Shipping cost seem a little high, but I have nothing to compare.
