I have ordered over 50 photos and they did a fabulous job with every one of them. Fantastic quality and worth every penny. This is NOT your average photo printing store. They are easy to order on line and they are easy to contact when I have needed them.

24x36. My elephants look amazing. Although I could have zoomed out on the crop in the edits I think, the color and details is beautiful.

Not sure how to order my free 8x8 metal. Canpro was very slow with delivery, taking over a week to ship from London to St. Thomas (25 km), including a side trip to Toronto

Delivery was quite late, but otherwise a great product! Just as promised. It made a wonderful Mother's Day gift.
I wish there was an option to ship through Canada post as we live in a rural area and couriers can't ship to a PO box
Outstanding quality and attention to detail!
The site is a bit cumbersome, but I found what I needed at a good price. The preview was awkward, but I didn't need to make any edits so it was fine. Getting the promotional item was a nice touch. It would be nice if it could be ordered on the site, rather than though email, and it wasn't clear what promotional item I'd qualify for, there was contradictory info on the site. But I was happy to recieve any product of course. Customer service was great, I contacted them by email and recieved a response in half an hour. Production times were delayed due to the pandemic, but that was expected, although it would have been nice if that was stated on the site. I was thrilled with the canvas I recieved and the promotional metal print was a wonderful addition. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
Customer service was incredibly responsive. Quality exceeded my expectations. So much so that I have already placed another order of 3 additional prints!
Some challenges with split panel uploading for landscape orientation.
