Initial comment: The process was very each to this point. The real test is the final product:)
Follow up: The packaging was ideal and the final product exceed my expectations with the exception of 1 print. The folds on the back where not smoothed. It was bubbled in the middle. My customer and I agreed that it was not enough to merit an escalation.
Now knowing that I can have a white labeled version I will likely purchase again.
Satisfied with my order but it took longer for delivery than what is said on the website. I ordered on September 9th and did not receive until September 21st.
The overall experience was pleasant. From the ease of the shopping experience to the delivery of the items.

Shipping was slow and I had to email them to check for when it was coming. Product is great and the picture came out really good.
Easy to navigate
The $21 rural shipping charge will likely prevent me from ordering again.
I find the image a little dark. Would have preferred to be told that in advance, or, you should color correct for the fact the images turn out darker.
The canvas are great and beautiful.
However I have 2 comments:
1- the little support behind one of the canvas was not installed on the proper side as that picture was printer in portrait
2- I paid for shipping but when they came nobody was at home. So I had to either paid other fees for a second shipping or drive 65km to get my order!

Excellent product.
Would like more specific indicator(s) why image isn't good enough for size selected: format? Pixels? Cropping prob?, etc. Would have preferred to be able to rotate image and access to larger size. Would have been helpful to know, in specific terms, what would have been "not good' (although maybe acceptable) about the adjusted image. Otherwise, quality was very good.
You guys have been great. One of the canvases has a flaw, the paper wasn't stretched out properly and it looks loose.
