The UX is a bit confusing in the beginning as I felt like I had to search for a few minutes to get to where I wanted to be but eventually I got there. Also, while adding the photos to the canvas gallery I created it took a few minutes to save. Maybe add an additional comment saying "Because your images are large and great quality it may take about 60 seconds or more to properly upload your images to the gallery. The wait is well worth it when you see how crisp your images will look in the end!" Encouragement helps subside the anxious feeling of waiting. Give people are reason to wait and then won't get frustrated or feel anxious about how long it takes. Excited to get my massive gallery in the mail!
Update: After recieving it in the mail I realized that I have to figure out where to put the holes in the wall to hang up our 6 piece massive canvas set. Figuring all of that out is stressful and I've been putting it to the back burner because of it. I asked customer service if they can provide me information and their answer was to google it and it's not hard to figure out on my own. Thanks... There should be a reference guide for stuff like this. You're cutting off the full experience by ending it with people being stressed about making unnecessary holes in their walls. Something to seriously consider adding to your website. Why won't you take the time to google it and add it to your website to provide a full 360 positive experience for your consumers.
The quality of the canvas' are beautiful though I will add. Crisp look and tidy execution of them overall.

I am a returning customer and generally very happy with the service and quality of the prints. The pricing is good but it is frustrating when you purchase based on a particular promotion only to find that a better promotion for the same thing is released so shortly after you have paid.
Great image upload software easy to use and great sizes and gallery layouts. Quality is very comparable with similar from profession photographer printing labs in the USA!
So happy to find Canvas n Decor. I was almost going to settle with a small size from Walmart because I didn't want to pay $250.00 with Costco.
It would have be great if there was some advice or a set of questions for changing the look of your picture before you order. I didn't think about it until I got my picture and I wish I would have lightened it up. However, I positively love my picture. I already have plans on another.

Overall very good
The metal prints are very nice but the hanger is too expensive and awkward to use. There's no option when ordering to have zero hangers.
