I placed a large order for 15 pictures of various sizes. Each of them was perfect. The colour is identical to the original picture, and they are as pure and sharp as anyone could expect. I rate the product, the price, and the overall experience as outstanding.

One very minor comment is that the aluminum, on the smaller pieces in particular, is slightly convex and has to be straightened before hanging. Possibly a larger backing, or a slightly heavier aluminum would fix this very minor issue.

~Still~ no word from my customer service request after a month. I gave up, ordered anyway. Order was 2 weeks late, and was only shipped for delivery immediately after I finally complained. Not coincidence.

Prints look nice but the brightness and much more so, the contrast in the 8x8 canvas is horrendous, there's no way anybody compared it to the png I sent before shipping it. I don't know if this was because lack of proper equipment or employee quality control, but if this is the best you can do, you need to inform people before they send in a picture. If I knew it was going to be this bad I would've exaggerated the contrast myself in paint.net so the canvas I'd eventually receive would look more proper.

I have been in contact with customer care and explained that they wrapped the top of my husbands head over the top of the frame. I was explained that some people would want that. REALLY. Anyway they will replace with a white border but I have to pay shipping as they don't accept that it was their error. I have never done this before and surely they would realize that a missing top of the head may be a problem. I am not sure if I would do this again.
