Great quality at a decent price. It is sometimes difficult to use the program online to centre the picture the way you'd like to, but for the price and product, I'll deal with that hassle.

I ordered a canvas print about 16 x 20. It was beautifully done and the price was very reasonable.
Would be nice to pick up as I live near London and save on shipping but that is not an option offered. Shipping is NOT cheap when you live 15 km away!
I had quite a good experience. The product I bought and received was fantastic! I was super happy with you. The shipping information was hard to follow and deliver dates changed which made it confusing. Other then that. Super happy and would most likely purchase again.

Overall good experience and actually very happy of the quality of created product.
I think the site should have an estimated delivery date to expect package so one is not sitting wondering what happened to the order and then to reach out and bug customer service.
Otherwise...will definitely be using again in the future
Metal prints are exceptional. Canvas prints match my colour and finish expectation. Also nice they are pre-wired and ready to mount.
Impressed with the level of packing to protect the prints. Fully shrink wrapped against any moisture.

Loved everything about the experience except the long wait time to recieve my photo. Website advertises that it takes about 3-4 days. Mine took almost two weeks and I had to call to ask if it was ready as I didn't recieve updates. I put in a shipping address but I still had to go pick it up. With the promo for a free print with order, it's a bit confusing as there isn't a spot for you to put your free print in with your order and unless you read the website fully you don't know that you're supposed to email after you've ordered to get the print
I didn't realize that when I changed the size of the picture all other requests were deleted and needed to be reentered. I had originally added a black flouting frame. So the picture is not framed

Great prints, impressed with the quality.
The website was easy to use. I loved the fact that you could see your pictures pretty much as they were going to be. When they arrived they were amazing. The only issue I had was tracking my package. Very hard to navigate the UPS website. I would definitely order again and would recommend Canvas n Decor.
