I ordered a customised 2 person bobblehead - totally random present & the process took longer than expected with multiple drafts, but the end product was worth the wait. Customised down to type of clothing, distinctive jewelery, hair & tattoos. A great present, it has caused a very positive reaction!

I ordered a printed jigsaw puzzle as a Christmas present and two months later it still hasn't arrived. I have been exchanging frustrating emails with customer services where they are claiming that it was delivered but can provide no tracking or proof of delivery and are offering no solution. I wish I had looked into this company further as it is clear from the reviews that this is a repeated pattern. This is not a New Zealand based company (it now seems that my jigsaw puzzle was shipping from India?) and local customer support is non-existent. Based on my experience, this company seems to be a scam which has left me $70 out of pocket and my parents with no Christmas present.

Despite claiming to ship domestically in NZ, my order was outsourced to India and did not arrive on time. Worst of all, they never bothered to communicate this to me. I had to request tracking info (which they did not provide, likely to hide the scam). I then had to complain ultiple times. Do not believe their website. The "guaranteed" shipping time is a lie. This is not a delay due to Covid, which is both understandable and expected. This is just another company lying to make money.
