This transaction took way too long. Someone changed the digits on the address, so it was at first undeliverable. I had to call to find out where my meter was, when I was told that it had been returned, Then it took way too long to get it sent back out with the proper address, and then I still did not get it, and found out that the US postal service wanted me to pick it up at the Post Office.

I only ordered a couple tank air vents the order was placed and delivered on time and was exactly what I was looking for.

They also provided helpful information about their fulfillment policies for determining the appropriate shipping speed. This was a critical part of our production system, and they saved us valuable time. I would highly recommend this vendor!

When I spoke with the salesperson, hex was very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. I went online to purchase, and made a small error ordering an accessory for my sand separator. They were quick to help me exchange it, and went out of their way to make sure I got everything I needed.

There was no problem ordering the parts. The shipping charges were calculated at the time of sale and paid prior to shipping. With no mention of brokerage fees. When the parts were delivered at door I owed as much for brokerage as what the parts were worth. There was no mention by the company that brokerage fees were extra...

I had the part number I needed but your search bar would not come up with the part I needed. I had to call customer service to get to the correct page to purchase my product. Seems like it should be a simple process but it wasn't.

I called for information on setting alarm switches. The representative did not know the answer so she researched it and called me back and provided the information I requested. I didn't like the end result but kudos to the excellent research and timely response.
