My experience with CanadianVisa.org has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

I paid $4,908.99 USD for immigration-related services and courses. Unfortunately, I did not receive the level of service and assistance I was expecting, and I have not received any refund.

Before making the payments, I received frequent communication and was encouraged to proceed with the services. However, once the payments were made, I found it increasingly difficult to receive proper communication, follow-up, and meaningful assistance. Several attempts to get clear answers and progress updates left me dissatisfied.

Another major concern was the immigration pathway. I initially sought assistance for one pathway, but I was later repeatedly encouraged toward a different visa option. This added considerable confusion and frustration to an already stressful process.

I trusted the company partly because of the positive reviews I had seen online. Looking back, I strongly recommend that anyone considering their services independently verify the company and carefully investigate reviews before making any large payment.

I have kept my payment receipts, emails, signed documents, and other communications as evidence. I have also raised my concerns with IRCC, and my bank chargeback process is currently ongoing.

I am sharing my experience so that others can make an informed decision and avoid going through the same frustration. Please be extremely careful before making a payment and do not rely solely on positive online reviews.

I wish there could be an avenue to give zero stars, it's the best way to describe my experience. First of all, I would like to express my complete disappointment in the whole process. After being told and assured of getting a PR, I went ahead to apply, only to be told when payment was completed that I would need to go through student visa to be later eligible for PR. I tried severally, from the date the payment was completed till now to reach the organization and request to discontinue, but was intentionally avoided. Finally, I was called today by one * and told that because the application is above 6months, I'm not entitled to a refund. After paying above 3,000 usd of my hard earned money. It is conclusive to say that the company is a scam and should not be ventured into. Today is 10 March 2025
