I like that I can order the products at a reasonable price through this site rather than paying tons of money through the vet or from Chewy. I wish that the delivery was a bit faster, but understandable since it comes from out of the country.

I will always recommend this site (as long as they keep their low prices and wonderful discounts lol) My orders have never arrived late and my pups always sit and wait for their 'treat' once a month!

They've been consistent in mailing it as they said. I have been a customer for over 6 years (?) and when supplies were low, I received a notification to report a delay and asked if a substitute equally effective could be used. I was offered a refund if not.
We have had success in preventing what they claim to protect our pets.

I received a requested to call and confirm my order. Not sure why, but I guess the extra measure is another level of customer service to be appreciated. I hope my order is correct and arrives accordingly

I got exactly as ordered. Cost is the cheapest i have seen around. Very satisfied with Canada Pet Care. My only complaint would be that it took about two weeks to arrive. I did not see how long it would take on the website and just wish I did.

Every time I have had to contact customer service, I have been met with the most gracious of agents who always got what I needed done and by email and quickly.

I'm able to get the cat meds I need in a timely manner and I'm very thankful for that. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Recently purchased heartworm prevention and package arrived on time and product was as described. One issue though, we paid for tracking but it was never provided. Perhaps it will be on this order

The price is right! My only complaint is that the first package was crushed and did not look like a brand new product. This time I'm paying for tracking just in case the result will be different.

I care deeply for my pets and know what they need. Vet services are ridiculously expensive for such basic care. I am thankful I can get supplies without wasting extra money.

Great prices but the length of time it took for product to arrive was unexpected (much longer). I now have a different expectation.

I use Nexguard larg dog for our husky/shepherd mix that weighs just over 80 lbs. Great product and the ease of ordering and home delivery is outstanding service.
