I was very satisfied with the product. The product worked as it should. It took over a month to arrive. I wasn't very happy with that part. But I am ordering again because this is the only place I can get the medicine I need for my cat.

The one time, years ago that I had to call customer service, they were very friendly and helpful. I plan to continue to order from them and highly recommend them to others.

My last order I waited almost 2 months. Finally I called customer service and they were very rude. My only explanation was it's out of stock, but why did it take 2 months? So they stated I could only get a refund.
