When I tried to order it kept asking me to enter my address which I did over and over but, out of patience, finally closed it and then got an email offering a new discount code so I started the process again and then it worked. Tried to call customer service but it is closed on sunday
I had to keep re entering the info as it said I had to complete the shipping address even tho I had completed the shipping address, but it did give me a different coupon code,, maybe the ENDSALE coupon had expired
Order was placed, paid for without a glitch. After arriving at US Customs the order was continuously updated. Arrived a day ahead of the expected delivery. The long delivery time (ultimately 2-3 weeks) is hard to reconcile in today's "Next day delivery" expectations, but the product works and I get it at a great price. No complaints about the wait for delivery.

I travel full time with multiple pets. It has been fast and easy to get my prescriptions filled without waiting on vet approval while on the road with limited windows for shipping. My pets are happy safe and healthy between vet visits with this system.
You can't beat CPM prices and I have done exhaustive research. For reference, I purchase Revolution Plus for cats and Nexgard Plus for dogs. All other sites are almost twice as much. However, I have to say the fact that the medication comes from Singapore and often the package is shipped via the UK gives me pause. My vet cautioned me that there is no regulation for such companies regarding how the medications are stored so they can't recommend it. I have read comments that the reason packages are shipped from various locations is a way to avoid customs which is the primary reason behind the lower prices. I don't have a problem with that as long as my pets medication is as safe as it is from other retailers and my payment method is secure. I have ordered from CPC for several years and have had no issues but I will say I am a bit uneasy every time I press the order now button. I feel like I have little choice with the number of animals I own. It would be nice if CPC could publish some information on their website about their policies and how medications are stored/obtained.
I find it odd that a company called Canada Pet Care ships its items from Singapore (usually) and has an address in Ireland. But, I have been purchasing from this company for a few years and have not had a problem. Just seems suspicious on the surface. Perhaps an explanation of business practices would allay customers wariness.
I paid for tracked shipping so this wouldn't happen. Never received an email with my tracking information. After a week I reached out and was then sent my tracking number and surprise... my order had been "delivered" days earlier. I explained this. However, I was told I would have to dispute this with USPS and have the post office send me something saying the package was lost. I can assure you my post office told me to kick rocks. So, here I am making another order amd hoping it actually arrives.
I was a bit hesitant about ordering outside the country but have been pleasantly surprised. The prices are so much cheaper, the ordering process is very simple, shipping can be free and is very timely. Good company!

After placing and paying for my previous order I was told that the Veloxa I ordered was not available so that portion of my order was refunded. I was told I'd be contacted when the Veloxa was available. I have not received that email but I do show the item is on the website so I just reordered. Curiously, the envelope with my meds was cut open and still opened when I received it. There was a letter stating my order would come in 2 shipments. That did not happen. Then I got an email saying it was canceled due to lack of product. Obviously the Veloxa was in my envelope and someone removed it. Why? And why leave the envelope unsealed? Questionable. 🤔
I have had an excellent experience with Canada Pet. Lower prices, special deals and reliable deliveries. However, order 2 weeks prior to when meds need to be administered so you know they are available when you need them. 👍

I had typed my address incorrectly on one of my orders, they called me to ask if they had made a mistake. I said no the mistake was made by me and we updated my address to correct one and that was it. Customer service is exceptionally friendly helpful and nice, they also seemed very knowledgeable and confident, which is something that is important given their position as customer support.

Great prices! It takes about 2 weeks to get to my house that's the only thing I would would change is faster shipping but you can't really complain when shipping is free and lots cheaper then the vet
I have been telling all my friends about this site I use it to order flea medicine it's so much cheaper then getting it at the vet! The shipping does take a little while but for the price it's worth the wait
