I have never had an issue ordering, except if you're in the US you may have to call your bank to let them know you are ordering something from another country.

I tried to redeem points. It said i would get $8+ but it was not reflected in my purchase today... did it use those points... where did it apply the $8 discount

I have 2 dogs that do not do well with the liquid applied at back/shoulder area. This works. It boggles my mind why something like this requires a vet Rx in US. It is just a flea treatment, not a steroid or antibiotic for crying out loud.

I have ordered this a couple of times in the past and I am pleased with the product. I have tried in the past to put my order for reoccurring every six months. When the six months is up I never receive my order. I did it again this time so we will see.
