The companies name is Canada pet care, so I believed the items I bought were actually being shipped from Canada. When I asked what was taking so long for my order to arrive, I was informed that it was being shipped from England.

Very good. And never any problems and always delivery to my address in a short period of time. Will always be a customer with good pricing customer service.

On my last order, I called and was told the shipping could not be changed. It was sent to an address where I could not get it and I did not select reoccurring because I knew I was moving so this order should not have been placed anyways.

Great prices but expiration date is a short window. Bought Heartgard Plus product expiration is 02/26. Year supply expires before all can be used.

Always buy my simpatico trio for my dogs. Half the cost of I buy at the vet, and I avoid the vet visit charge. Great product and very fast shipping

Why is it not possible for your site to inform me about the tracking #?
Constantly do I have to contact you to get this info! I pay for tracked shipping... I should receive the number automatically!
2. Why can I not use 2 coupons at the same time? I received 2 coupons but was only able to use 1!
