I have ordered successfully and with great service for over a year. But recently I had an issue with the bank questioning several payments including one to CanadaPetCare. In the past I have had no problems reaching Customer Service but in the last week or so, I have been unable to reach someone to clear up the error and get my recurring order back on schedule despite emailing and calling and leaving a message requesting a return call. I hope this issue resolves soon.
