My last experience was unnecessarily stressful due to poor communication from CanadaPetCare. Different people would answer my queries differently and it came off as very scam-ish. This could be avoided if you record correspondences so there is a trail to follow. Additionally, I paid for tracking and did not receive it. My order arrived 3 weeks later, just as I was about to report it as fraud to the credit card company.
I have placed another order with the hopes that this time is a positive experience.
