I have found that shipping is quite slow. Maybe that's to be expected coming from Canada, I'm not sure.

I didn't receive my order. I was first told I had to contact USPS, which is very inconvenient as they rarely answer their phone, so that would require me having to drive to the USPS to do that. I count on Your Company to take care of me for being your valued customer. Fortunately, after making my complaint, it has been remedied by Joey.
