I do pay for tracked shipping just in case. I always get my product and even with the extra shipping fee it is at least 50% less per dose than at a veterinarian. I have been using Canada Pet Care for many years. I have only entered my most recent experience.

Ordering from canada to america usually takes longer than expected, however theyre still quick and efficient and i get my heartworm meds when i need them. In america these are like $400 USD. So im willing to wait however long

My shipment was lost in delivery for weeks on end. No one bothered to check if it arrived. I had to call and figure out the whole issue myself including tracking down the package. No assistance was offered by Canada Pet Care. Hopefully better this time around getting the product here.
