The system was extremely slow. I tried several times to look at my orders and it would never go there. I added clearance items to the cart and they showed up double the price of what the clearance price stated. It was horse worner and probiotics. The probiotics stated $12. And I was chared $40? Horse wormer was $23 and it charged 40 +. So I removed them and it took forever to get back to my cart.

I have ordered regularly from CanadaPetCare for years! Have had good experience with the customer support team when I had issues with an order. Fast replies and helpful staff! Shipping is a little slow sometimes but not every order.
I just wish I could use my points on additional options. I always earn more points than I am allowed to apply for discounts. Would be great if I could redeem the extra points for small items or upgraded shipping so I can utilize all my points.
