Prices are a lot higher than last year, and the website is perpetually awkward feeling and feels fragile. Coupons and how they work feel a bit scammy, and the point system rarely works. It should all be more transparent and simpler to use. I probably have points from last year, but it wasn't obvious where they are and how to use them. Who knows if the discount codes are actually working, but it is a little cheaper than chewy, so I bought from you again. Might be the last time.
Good prices, but using this website scares me - I have never had a completely smooth transaction with it. Something is always wonky, and it takes multiple tries to get it to work.
The cart tally is also confusing in regards to discounts and redeemed points, and if the have actually been counted or not.
