The shopping/checkout process was easy and affordable. However, I've never ordered from somewhere before that doesn't send 1: A confirmation email of your purchase 2: A follow-up email when the item was shipped or delivered. I didn't even receive an estimated delivery date so that I would know it would take about 2 weeks to deliver. I also tried calling customer service the first time with no answer. Left a voicemail and never received a call back. I had to call a second time, a few days later, to get an answer. When the item arrived, it came in a flimsy envelope that had been crushed so the package inside of dog medicine was in rough shape.
