I purchased the Simparica Trio at what I thought was a marvelous price. The product did arrive, but I was suspicious that it was direct shipped from China. Concerned about the origins of the product, and unsure if the formulation for ex-US is different than that for the North American market, I contacted their support group. The company was VERY cooperative, and sent me a return, pre-paid mailer. More remarkably, they provided the credit back to my credit card almost instantly, rather than waiting for the return of the product. The prepaid envelope arrived, and I shipped the product back to CanadaPetCare. Oddly, the prepaid packaging was shipping the product to the UK, but odd or not, they did right by me when I became concerned.
