I purchased my pets flea collars and Simpirica Trio recently, and when the Simpirica Trio arrived, I realized I ordered the same ones. I sent them back, and am currently awaiting a refund. I did have one bad experience with a different brand of flea control for my lab. They had quit carrying Comfortis so i tried a batch of spectra nexguqrd and i believe it was tainted out if date or a knock off brand relabeled. I was very unhappy as it did not work and made my dogs hair fall out. I decided to give them a pass because over the 5 years that is the only negative experience. So i still say 5 stars overall.
