I use Canada Pet Care all the time now. I like the customer service and their prices.
It told me I could redeem $27.50 in rewards & to slide the bar. It kept saying success, but when I checked the discounts, it showed 0 for rewards. I don't know if there's a glitch or because of the 25% off it didn't work. If it's the latter, I wish it hasn't told me I had rewards to redeem. Thank you for the Black Friday sale.

As a Canadian neighbor to the south, who comes from a medical career background, buying flea, tick and heartworm medications for my dogs has always been excruciating. $400/annual cost - not including the visit and test - per dog should be illegal. And when a friend sent me the website, I quickly decided to give CanadaPetCare my business. I paid $400 for enough medication for both dogs for a year. Medication is the same, the label is in kg as opposed to lb, and it arrived quickly. Customer service reached out to confirm I was buying for myself rather than as a breeder or rescue, and also to confirm I received my order. Again, I will be patronizing this business moving forward and telling my friends as well.
This website was suggested to me by a friend, and I compared the prices for my dog's flea/tick/heartworm treatment for half of what the vet was charging (same medication!) Plus a coupon code for 15% off?! I will be a returning customer!
Each time I order (every 3 to 6 months) the price goes up! It is never at a consistent price!
Going in through the email, each time I tried to put in pmt info, the site would lock up and disappear. Each time I had to redeem points and put in code all over again, only to lose the whole thing once again. I finally just went directly to website from my browser and was able to complete the order.
