Ordered a replacement adapter/charger for my HP dv7, with advert that promised a universal with 8 connectors. The photo showed a grounded (3 prong) plug as well like the OEM product that I had to replace. They advise that return shipping costs must be paid by the sender. The product received does work but has only one connector and an ungrounded plug. Also, the cord is a significant few inches shorter than the OEM product.
False advertising. The adapter works and I will keep it, but will not use this site again.
