Calmerry is good. I feel like I was able to get the help that I needed, for a reasonable price and in a way that works for me and my schedule.

The therapist I was matched with helped me start to feel better. She encouraged me to unplug from my phone, which helped me get my feelings out instead of bottling them up.

I'm just enjoying the process, really. I experience some tech related annoying issues occasionally but so far so good. Great to just be able to talk about my issues without feeling like a burden.

Although the app isn't great with notifications, I'm very pleased to have Dr. Donita Lester as my counselor. She's very responsive and consistent. She listens carefully and accommodates my work schedule. She's my much-needed support during pressing moments.

I feel my new counselor has been much better at communicating with me. The first one was a bit "wired" on stress management, while I needed something a little different. I now see that online therapy works.

I'm very satisfied with the service so far. My counselor is very friendly and helpful. I like how he makes me feel comfortable and open to talking about any issues I have

I like how Calmerry works though sometimes it's lacking. Quite prompt from both sides - service and counselor. Jennifer, my counselor got me thinking about things I've never even thought of. I can recommend her for coping with SAD and Calmerry as a service to seek help on.

The first therapist I was matched with had disappeared in 4 days of our chatting (unexpectedly, but as I was told it's because of an emergency). I requested for the change, and the support delivered in 20 minutes. So fast and sweet! Thank you!

I feel secure, honored, cared for, and more confident in a bit more than a month with this platform. I use it on iOS and as a website. I'd recommend adding voice messaging but love this so far as a whole.

I'd like counselors to respond more often per day. That said, I'm grateful for supporting me and adding extra video calls - they compensate for the messaging void!

H/t to Oprah! I already told you how I'm grateful for all our discussions and my day-by-day improvement and self-acceptance but will say this here too. I'll add that sometimes, video sessions keep disconnected so please fix it.

I enjoy Calmerry. I wish video sessions were a bit longer, at least for 15 minutes)) but I absolutely love always accessible messaging space. It gives me more time to reflect on the sense of what was said by my therapist and helps me be fully in the process, although I'm not a fast typer.

Marisa is a wonderful professional and person! She replies to me very often, more than I've expected. Though I like our video calls much more. It gives online therapy a more in-person touch. And I also like that the Calmerry service tries to settle all issues promptly.
