I've been buying from Calling mart for over a year now and haven't had any problems.
I've been using Callingmart for over 7 years, and wouldn't think of changing. I like the fact that they take Paypal.
I almost had forgot to pay my phone bill and had no cash. But I did have money on my paypal account. Do you know how hard it is to find a place that will take paypal for a phone card? Very hard. I found this site through a google search and fell it love with it. As soon as I paid the time was added directly to my phone. I got a text verifying it within 5 min. I have this site bookmarked so I can use it again. This is my new favorite site to use to pay my phone bill.
I always get my refills here. The first time took a few hours, probably verifying my CC. But, since then it has been almost instant. I miss that they no longer have any discounts on T mobile. You do get reward points, which gives you a bit of a discount. Plus, no tax. T mobile charges you tax to add minutes!
I some how got double charged for my refill but I was refunded quickly for the over charge.
You'll get your prepaid call card pin number in an instant. No need to go to retail stores!
Had some difficulty adding to my Verizon account. This turned out to be a Verizon issue, not Callingmart. The Callingmart representatives I dealt with worked effectively to resolve the issue. I am impressed with this and will recommend Callingmart to anyone who could use it's service.
I wasn't sure what to expect nor how exactly to purchase but after a brief chat with a customer service rep, I was 'sold' by the options and just how FAST & EASY the process was. This is the ONLY way I will purchase phone cards. Many thanks to CallingMart's knowledgeable service reps!
I have a pay as you go ATT account and nothing is easier than choosing the amount to refill with, make your payment, get your refill number. I wish all my online transactions were as easy.
Calling mart always has the best prices for my airtime, and immediate delivery is great. Never had any issues
I was paying $49 for at&t monthly plan with tax. With calling mart I am paying $43. I felt it is very Gud.
I get my PINs immediately and it's easier and slightly cheaper than buying refill cards in a store.
No issues, fast service, happy with customer service encounter
HORRIBLE COMPANY! STAY AWAY! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY UNLESS YOU OPEN A PAYPAL DISPUTE! I made a small $19.99 purchase because my phone is out of minutes. They take my money and won't process my order unless I call them. Well, hello!? I am out of minutes so that is impossible! This company is run by a bunch of incompetents!
As others have mentioned, I avoid paying taxes and get a small discount on minutes. They also send me an additional promo code a few weeks after I make a purchase. I had a problem once, which turned out to be my mistake, and customer service was fantastic. Very impressed, especially in contrast with the service I receive when buying minutes from Tracfone.
I've been refilling my mom's and grandfather's gophone every year since the first (the first year I used pinzoo) through calling mart. Costs about $88 for $100 worth of credit. There is almost always a promo code available, which can be easily found using Google. The process is instant. I just login to att and paste in the code they give me immediately after my purchase finishes. - I don't even need the phone to refill the minutes I compare prices with other sites before I buy. In summer there sometimes are a couple of offers on ebay that are cheaper here and there - but almost always callingmart is the cheapest. This last time I got even more off because they have a rewards program that is $1 off per point earned. I forgot to apply this before my latest purchase, and the customer service was excellent - they refunded me the couple dollars the same day - on black friday!
Highly recommend.
