I ordered the plaque for my daughter who is big into plants and flowers. It was such good quality and when she saw it she got tears in her eyes. I was concerned because I got a n email the next day saying it had been shipped/processed. It actually took about two weeks or more to receive it.

Only one thing I feel could be better is when customizing the names it would not allow me to capitalize the first and middle name only last name but overall everything was beautiful.
