Seriously, if I could give zero stars I would, I'm done dealing with this company. I placed an order for some Funko pops that were exclusive because there was a signing I was going to 3 and a half weeks later. Went on to place the order on Oct. 18 and within a few days I got a message that my items shipped and had tracking, great I thought, well a week later the status of my order didn't change so I sent an email. Another week passed so I called them, which I was on hold for like 45 minutes, they said they would sent out a replacement order. Well 2 weeks later and the status for the placement hasn't changed either and the signing came and went, and now I'm on the phone right now (over 1+ hour hold) trying to get to the bottom of this. This has been one the worst customer service experience I've gone through and encourage others to stay as far way from this "company".
UPDATE: after over an hour on hold, they hung up on me.

We do answer all calls, chats, and emails in the order they are received, however the hold time has increased significantly due to the growing volume of customer contacts. That being said, I completely understand the customer's expectation of receiving efficient, effective customer service, especially when the customer has had to wait a long time to speak with someone. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to credit your account. Your replacement order, 1958772, was shipped out on November 21st, and should deliver by December 3rd. I have been a consistent customer of Calendars.com for over ten years. Today was the worst customer service EVER! I selected my calendars totaling $118 but the site insisted that I remember a password because they were familiar with my email address & would not let me checkout as a guest. I waited for an HOUR but no email password reset! I called the 800 number about 45 minutes in, just to listen to crappy music and how important my call was…but not important enough to answer my call. Next I tried the chat line. After waiting 15 minutes the chat person wanted me to get off my iPad andd Safari and download chrome or foxfire! Just send me the password reset. But NO! The chat had to bug me awhile more before FINALLY fixing me the password reset code. I am never going to order calendars with this company again, I'll find them at the mall or another website. We do answer all calls and chats in the order they are received, however the hold time has increased significantly due to the growing volume of customer contacts. The reason the chat agent asked you to choose a different browser is because we've had reports of customers being unable to login and/or check out, when using Safari. This definitely should have been clearly explained by to you by the chat agent that assisted you. I see you had a discount of 30% off your order, so as a courtesy, I have requested another 10% is refunded back you to you. You should see the refund credit your account in 3-5 business days. I went to an order a calendar for Christmas as I have every year for the last 10 years. The site would not let me proceed because it said I was have the item shipped to a PO box. Which I was not. Used the chat app to get help from a person. After 40 very frustrating minutes, the person said they could not help me. Told me I should call Customer Service. I have now been on hold for over an hour and still no help in sight.

If you're not shipping to a PO Box, just click the Next button under your shipping address to advance through checkout. The message is simply informing customers who do ship to PO Boxes that that particular product is ineligible. It is only eligible for a physical address.

I ordered many calendars when calendar. Com had a great sale
Order accepted and I had a confirm number.
I just checked today and it said ERROR!
They said reorder when I did reorder it was more expensive than the original order.
Sounds a little fraudulent to me.

I have been a customer for several years. I tried last week to order a calendar and planner. I could not sign in. Sent email address and they came back and stated that they cancelled my email as requested. I DID NOT REQUEST THIS. I asked for help in changing password. Company doesn't care - customer service is the worst. Do not use this company

I have ordered Lang Calendars for 20 years. Ever since they became Calendar.com I have had nothing but problems with the calendar sizes. Just tried to preform a return and was told it is up to me to get their product back to them before the refund could be processed, They do not help with labels or anything, Customer service was no help at all. I will not be ordering from them ever again.

They advertise free shipping on orders over $35 - but not if you are in Alaska, Hawaii, etc. I wanted what I was ordering for presents and I paid their shipping charge of $29.95. I placed my order the 2nd week in November and did not receive my order until December 24 - just a little late since I needed to mail them out of state. They shipped by a special service they have between UPS and or FedEx, but then those carriers deliver your order to the post office for delivery. Calendars.com could have just as easily put my order in a medium (or even a large), flat rate USPS box (the USPS will pick up orders to mailed from their facility if they request it) and it would have been here in 4 days and cost less than what they charged for the 6 week delivery time. Two reasons not to buy from here again - no free shipping as advertised and method of shipping. To bad they don't think Alaska and Hawaii aren't part of the United States.

We recently became members of SiteJabber and were made aware of your review. You are correct. We only offer Free Standard Shipping to the contiguous 48 states and APO/FPO. We do utilize DHL, UPSMI, and SurePost to inject packages into the mail stream depending on what the package contains. Expedited shipping goes out UPS.
The delivery times were a challenge last year and early this year as USPS was woefully understaffed and COVID outbreaks in facilities caused some pretty massive delays that were out of our control.
Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call 800-366-3645. Explain the situation to the representative and we will see what we can do to fix the situation. I will let them know we may have some calls from customers who placed reviews on sitejabber so they are aware.

I ordered 5 calendars on11/27/20, none of which have been received to date. I cancelled the order via a chat on 12/23/20 and they said my refund would be issued in 1-5 days. To date I have not received a refund. I have an ongoing dispute with them through Paypal.

I am telling you to run as fast as you can from this company. The shipping prices are ridiculous and the customer service is non nonexistant. Not sure they even care. Was on hold for 3 hours and I finally gave up. Last time is was 6 hours and then they finally called back but my phone silenced the call thinking it was a scam. When I finally did an online chat they said I was out of the time frame! Run, do not walk away.

What happened to this company? Previously they actually had customer service. Do they have one employee who cares anymore? I ordered an Oregon Ducks calendar, they sent a SI Swimsuit calendar. Pretty girls but not what I ordered.
I've tried for over a week to return it--no luck. Their phone system only has robots answer--never a live person. I left a call back number but no call in two days--apparently others have had a similar experience as their waiting queue is long or there's no one home to answer it. I tried returns on the website as instructed by the phone robot but there is no such thing as a "Return Merchandise Authorization" form there. So I tried a chat only to find I was the 8th person waiting in that queue. As I said they appear to be out of employees who know what service means.
Business is pretty simple: find a need an fill it. But when you do it wrong and can't/won't make it right, business is also pretty brutal: you fail and go out of business. That may be where this company is headed so you might want to find a different supplier. At this rate they won't be around long.

I ordered several 2021 calendars on November 29,2020 and am still waiting for them on December 28th. Despite my confirmation email saying that (due to Covid), calendars.com is experiencing shipping delays, I was promised to receive my order within 5-8 days. When I call customer service, all I get is Muzak and a robo voice telling me, "Your call is very important to us." Although I requested a call back the first time I called, I never received a call. I'm sitting on hold again as I write this, and am not hopeful. When I wrote to customer service, I received a response saying they answer emails WITHIN 10-15 DAYS! 10-15 DAYS? I did ALL my Christmas shopping for eight grandkids and other friends and family members this year and experienced no issues. Everything was received on time and was exactly what I ordered. Land's End, Foot Locker, zillymonkey, Natural Life, Sundance catalog, Moleskine, Levenger, Blick Art Materials, amazon.com, Dr Brite, so many vendors, all delivered on time and were in communication throughout the process. I plan to cancel my order with calendars.com through my credit card company and NEVER ORDER FROM CALENDARS.COM AGAIN. I am not a vindictive person, but calendars.com has no integrity. What a terrible experience.

My wife ordered a calendar 12/3/2020 it has been 3 weeks no package. USPS can't tell me where it is. Said it hasn't been shipped yet. Hope it here by December 2021
