I love PatPat maternity clothes. The store recently had several items on sale and I purchase a bunch of them. However, they were a bit too large when I tried them on. I sent a message requesting an exchange for a smaller size. Mary, who assisted me, was quick and thoughtful in her responses. She figured out the best possible way to solve the situation, which was high above my expectations. I could not be happier with the products and especially with the customer services.

I am a new mom from canada, so its my first time to buy baby stuffs. Tried PATPAT and just love it.
Their quality, material and designs are awesome. I ordered some baby dresses, socks, hairbands, Stroller net and man shirt. Its very Pocket friendly. Highly recommended
Also their customer service is awesome, once i did my order and the next day, i thought i don't want 2 shirt so i wanted to cancel and request for cancellation, the customer service responded me in less than 5 hours and cancelled my order and also gave me full refund.
