I am extremely unhappy with my experience and the product I have received. I have contacted costumer service and I'm very unhappy with the way he spoke back to me was not very pleasant, feeling personally attacked. I bought this product really looking forward to it and turns out to be absolutely tiny. I'm extremely let down by this company and by the attitude this person had that was responding to me. No returns no refunds and an absolutely terrible customer service. I would not recommend anybody to deal with this company. Crazy money for what you are getting.

I ordered 2 months ago and have not received my order, I've reached out multiple times and have not gotten a response.

I ordered two keychains back on December 9 2022. It is now June 20 2023. Have not received the order a refund or even a response back from customer service. Lmao. Scam. Don't buy from them. Would give them zero stars if I could.

So giving them one star so far because its been over three week order on DEC 11th its now JAN 1st and not even an email back,no update on order,no tracking just,no info other than the initial confirmation of my order. I'v emailed them twice just hoping for an response and nothing.order still says unfulfilled on website with n update. Also i ordered before their christmas season cut off and still nothing.no answers on delays nothing. Website looking very sketchy …. Money was received but no service at all?
