This has to be the worst cryptocurrency application ever. Some months ago, I made a deposit of £150,000 worth of DOGE COINS and tried swapping to USDC and my funds was stucked. Something which was not suppose to take more than 60 secs took months. I opened a ticket, contacted their support, yet no valid response was give.
I grew frustrated and reported with FCA and also sent an email c la imsat c0in - diligence dotcome who stepped in and resolved the case without any hassle.
