I was afraid I had been scammed when I saw my order being processed out of country. It arrived today and I am pleased with the product. Note: the DUVET is empty so one must purchase the inner garmet. Thank you for a fine product.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a scam. They pretend to be US-based, but items ship from China and take forever. They conveniently lost my package, but didn't notify me until I asked for an update. I am going to call my credit card company to get my money back. Frauds.

I ordered a duvet set from the website and received a confirmation email saying thank you for the order but won't show me any order info like tracking number or shipping estimate. When I go to view my order on the website it doesn't come up. I've emailed customer service but got no response. Will have to call my bank and file a claim to get my money back.
