I was very excited to sell my phone to buy back boss. They gave me a better deal for my phone than the other competitors. I would encourage anyone who wants more money for their device to let buy back boss be the one. Five stars
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! They received my device and now won't send send me my funds or respond to any messages!
I sold a MacBook, and the quote I was given online was far more than what they paid out when they received the item. Once they had it, they claimed it was in less desirable condition than I had said. It wasn't, but paying for it to be returned to me wasn't worth the cost or hassle so I accepted the lower offer. Based on other reviews, this was a common experience.
BuyBack Boss folks are fast, reliable, and always give you a fair deal. I have sold 2 iPhones and each transaction was fast - and they even pay for shipping. Awesome folks to do business with.

Felt the company "low-balled" me at time of settlement. However they did provide the purchase funds quickly once I accepted their offer. I would advise future selling clients to fully document their phone's condition and the advertised purchase price prior to shipping their phone off.
They baited me with a high buy back price only to tell me after they received it they were going to lower the price due to imperfections. I'd understand it if it weren't still in the factory box and never used or opened. Doesn't make any sense.

It appears you placed an order to sell a device in “Mint” condition where the offer was $292 + a bonus code. When placing an order on our site, the “Mint” condition is described to be a cosmetically flawless device with no noticeable wear. Upon receipt of the order, we found the device had noticeable wear in the form of a blemish on the back housing near the camera and at the charge port. Because of this, the device fit our “Good” condition where the offer was $270 + a bonus code and this is what we communicated to you via email with an updated offer. We stand by the conditions listed on our site and by offering fair prices for all conditions.

I sent my phone to buyback boss. I put the phone covered with foam in a cardboard box, then I wrapped the box with extra foam and put them in another shipping box. I did a drop test 4 feet from the ground before the box was full sealed. And there was no damage to the phone and the box. But Buyback boss did not pay me. They said the phone is damaged. It is a scam. Do sell anything buyback boss, especially when you have a good phone. They will say your phone is damaged. It is a SCAM

Upon receiving an order, we unpack it and immediately place all devices into protective padded sleeves with your order label. From here we test the order for completion. Your order was tested and we emailed over the testing results. The testing results stated we received a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus under the “Damaged” condition due to a cracked back glass and screen separation. We included an updated offer price with the tested results to reflect the “Damaged” condition. After you received the testing results, you asked for your order to be sent back free of charge. We shipped your order back free of charge right away. The testing results only report what we receive and the condition we receive each item in from the mail carrier. If your item was not damaged prior to shipping, unfortunately it sounds like this happened during transit to us.

I sent my tab they offered me 130$ for. They said it was locked even though I had reset it and a bunch of back and forth so I ended up having to send my password and just for them to say it was in good condition and offer me $0 lol then asked if I wanted to have it back or donate it. I said I wanted it back and it's been over a month and I got nothing. They had made the offer knowing what tablet it was and said it was in good condition. Right after that someone managed to hack my accounts which has never happened to me before. Wonder who did that. This company is a scam. Literally. My tablets exact modle number that I looked up when getting the quote was on there. I literally followed their exact instructions.

First off, I can assure you we didn't utilize any passwords or hack into any accounts. The device you sent in had a Samsung account still on the device which locked it and prevented us and any user from testing the device. The credential you sent to remove your Samsung account was used on the physical device you sent in to sell and we only used it to remove the Samsung account only. In no way would we misuse or reopen any credential provided.
Additionally, it appears the device sent in was not the model indicated in your order which is why the offer fell to $0. The device you sent in is not actually a device we purchase so we offered to recycle the item or get it sent back.

I've only sold devices to them, never bought one from them. They are very professional and reasonable. They make it easy to do transactions as they ship you boxes and labels and you just ship the device(s) back! Then, they check the devices for condition and you get paid! Easy Peasy! I use them because I've only had great experiences with them so far...
Easy way to sell my old iPhone so I made a bit of money, helped provide another life for a useful product to someone else, and prevented more trash in the landfills or junk in my drawers!
Tried 3 different sites and pretty much same experience on all. Price quoted online, sent in phone after evaluation price dropped and choice offered to accept or return of phone. Took a few emails to confirm acceptance of offer. Only site I accepted and only accepted because phone was pretty much just parts phone. After all the hoops and time involved probably just be throwing any others away.

I'm sorry to read this feedback! It appears the device sent in was placed under our "Damaged" condition category, however the device we received had an LCD defect and a cracked back glass. Because of this LCD defect, it fell under our "Broken" condition which caused a $2 deduction to the overall price we could offer. It sounds like this may have been the reason for the similar experiences with other sites.

Based on the email correspondance and the testing results, the device we received had more wear on the front screen with scratches on the bottom of the device. This wear placed the device into the “Fair” condition category instead of the originally described “Good” condition category. We’ll keep this feedback in mind for future improvements or additions to our site condition categories.
