Kids 6 & 8 love the bike. Battery lasts a long time, easy to fix with minor issues that are bound to occur (chain came off). Absolutely suggest if you have some room for kids to ride.

I purchased a 350 over a year ago and was very satisfied with the service and the quality of the product is great. Looking at buying a second bike now.
It is a safer alternative to gas-powered bikes. Be careful when unloading that key is out and the hand does not go on the throttle. Besides that, we enjoy our mini bike. Lent it to a fellow racer and he wrecked so he bought it. I am a normal-sized (under 135 lb) woman and I was able to ride with ease. Hopefully, I get a replacement and/or upgrade this year.

100 percent satisfied. Daughter loves it. Super long range, fast, and excellent customer service. Bike is still growing strong. Also makes for a great "ride down to the neighbors" when I don't feel like walking. Plenty powerful for an adult.
Had to replace the main control module on the red TT30 couple years back, you tech was really helpful with trouble shooting the problem. Also had to get two new rear tires for our TT350 one for each bike. Aside from the supply chain issue, parts arrive timely.
My wife, teenager and and two younger children all enjoy the 350 very much. Now we are considering the new bike

We have purchased 5 of these electric bikes and enjoy riding around the neighborhood with our Grandkids. Anytime we have an issue or need a new part, the Burrormax Team is easy to contact and sends parts out immediately.
This thing has been tested and ran hard by both of my kids and it hasn't quit on us yet. The only thing that has failed is the toggle switch to switch from fast to slow broke when my daughter was learning. Luckily it broke in the fast speed and it forced her to learn more quickly. Other than that it's been fantastic
Get the 750 model. Way better than the lower models and can always hit the speed kill button for younger kids.
Bill and the guy's at Burromax are great to work with and we have had the bikes for 4yrs or so and have had minimal to no issues for the most part.
