We have the 350 and love it. Just upgraded to the 500w motor and are having even more fun. I have called multiple times for guidance and questions and they have always picked up and spent the time to help me get it right. Can't recommend enough!
I couldn't find the part on the website so I emailed what I needed. They contacted me back within 24hrs and gave me the part number that I needed to fix the bike. When it came in I had an issue installing it so I called the number from the email. They were very helpful over the phone and got everything installed.
