The company I ordered Burn Jaro (6 bottles) from SlimFlora via Cartpanda. Support promised me a 75% refund with no return required, which I accepted. Afterward, they ignored that agreement and sent canned replies, reducing it to 30% or demanding returns. The website also shows contradictory refund policies (30/60/150 days/100% guarantee). DO NOT BUY. This purchase was processed through Cartpanda, which hosted the storefront under the name SlimFlora. The SlimFlora store then sold me the supplement Burn Jaro. Order #6683 was confirmed by Cartpanda, billed as BURNJARO312 on my credit card. The SlimFlora checkout page redirected to a Cartpanda-hosted "thank you" page. Burn Jaro customer support emails came from *******@gosupport.pro. In other words: Cartpanda was the e-commerce platform and payment processor, SlimFlora was the store name, and Burn Jaro was the actual product/brand. These entities appear to be interlinked in order processing, fulfillment, and customer service.
