Ordering the the bulkbookstore.com was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices were also negotiable and comparable, if not better, to competitors.

We did have a slight problem with the boxes when they were delivered. Two of the boxes were damaged, and 3 of the books were damaged as well. Regean was great to give us credit for these 3 books, and also mailed out 3 additional books as replacements.

I appreciated the responsiveness and patience of the representative. Bulk book store did exactly as promised and was willing to give us a competitive price on the books we ordered. That level of satisfaction is worth our repeat business.
