The experience was marred when UPS misplaced one of five boxes of books for 3 days. That is a rarity for UPS and was quickly rectified once I called them. Meanwhile BulkBookStore had been tracking the shipment and stood ready to help if I had not accomplished a resolution quickly.
I would not hesitate to order from BulkBookStore again and would actually seek them out. They offer an excellent value in product and really follow orders to completion.
