The customer service was extremely helpful! I had a very large order & had forgotten to change the shipping address due to rushing & multitasking. Then before I could even call back to ask if it could be changed on their end, the customer service representative called me and asked about the shipping address saying he remembered our conversation the day prior. He changed it and I received my books promptly. I appreciate the excellent service so much!
